Bootcamp 

Bootcamp is a class that is designed to give you an intense cardio and muscular workout by any means necessary. Bootcamp is either taught with circuit or Crossfit style. We offer all the exercises from deadlifts, box jumps, chin-ups, tire flips to burpees. The evening classes are taught by ACE certified trainer, Beau Carver and the morning classes by Amie Ludwig, ACE certified.
